This beautiful 2,500 SF townhouse is an end unit, with stunning mountain views, in the highly sought after Echota on the Ridge gated resort. The townhouse is extremely quiet with charming rustic wood finishes, carpeting and hardwood floors on three floor levels.
The main floor level has a master bedroom suite, kitchen, Great Room and outside deck. The kitchen has a pantry room and is fully stocked with glassware, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots and pans. The kitchen has a granite countertop and appliances which includes dishwasher, electric range/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The kitchen opens to a 2-story great room and dining area which boasts a full wall of glass windows with spectacular mountain views.
