I left a note in our check out packet about a couple of burnt out light bulbs. We had a great time with family. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. Having the cart to haul items to and from the car was great. As this is our second visit, we hope to see you in the future. Thanks.

This was our 2nd time to rent this lovely condo. This year we were here in September. This location is so convenient and easy access to the highway and office. The elevator is a plus when carrying groceries and luggage. But most of all we enjoy the spectacular view of Grandfather Mountain from the deck as we sip coffee or wine while rocking in the Adirondack chairs! Planning to come back in 2021!

Our family LOVED staying in this lovely condo. We were surprised by the view of Grandfather Mountain, and we spent nearly the entire weekend on the deck. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect and we greatly enjoyed being able to cook breakfast and dinner at the condo versus the long wait times in Boone during ASU Family Weekend. This rental was the PERFECT setting to visit our son at ASU and have his grandparents join us in the mountains. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family!

I reserved over the phone because we were using a special promotion. The process was very efficient from start to finish. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Unlike many vacation rentals, you could tell a lot of effort and expense went into the decor. It was very well equipped with everything you could need and a lot of extra touches. e.g. the book on Grandfather Mountain. The view of Grandfather Mountain itself was spectacular!
The only minor suggestion would be more detailed instructions about getting the television, etc. to work. The system kept looking for the DVD player until I turned it off, then it was OK.
Overall a five star experience!!
