Absolutely beautiful condo, my favorite of all the Echota condos we have rented. Beautifully decorated. Cozy and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Well stocked kitchen. Would love to stay there again but unfortunately it's not available for August 2026.

My only request would be please supply shampoo and conditioner in showers and please improve pillow quality or offer a few different options. My pillows were too rigid and high for my

TV had no instructions, so we had to call maintenance. Electrical Outlets (top receptacle) in master bedroom on both sides of the bed did not work, so the clock did not work. Light bulbs were burned out in both lamps by door to deck.

Nicely appointed and equipped unit. Kitchen had everything we needed. The tv in the family room had two bright spots in it that never went away. This should probably be looked into.

We were able to use only one television, and it was in the master bedroom. The television in the living room would only display channel 1, and the rest were children's channels. My husband is a tv fan and was not pleased that the one in the living room was limited on channels. Fortunately, he played tennis every day and at night we ate with the other 10 couples that we joined there. We are planning on staying in your property next year and have already made our reservation. I do hope the televisions will

Absolutely beautiful property. Woke up to stunning views of the sunrise over the mountains and listening to the coyotes! I had to record the coyotes because I had never heard that many before; it was incredible! I wish I could have stayed longer, but I will definitely be back.

Overall this condo was satisfactory. the new owners are making positive improvements..the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is adequately stocked with glasses, cups and dishes, and the new deck gliders are very nice. in terms of suggestions, the door hardware for the two bedrooms does not securely close and the strikeplates need to be adjusted; also i would recommend additional bath hardware such as towel rings and robe hooks...JohnP Denver, NC

This is a beautiful property with an even more beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen! The only con for us was that the outdoor pool (which is right around the corner) does not open until May and the indoor pool requires you to drive down the mountain to their adjacent rental property.

The condo was perfect! The view was beautiful and I would love to go back in warmer weather to sit on the deck. We enjoyed playing pool at the club house near the condo and also took advantage of the hot tub and indoor pool which were great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is the 4th time we have rented from Foscoe. We continue coming back because of the pool amenities for our young children and the beautiful views up on the Ridge. The condos are always clean and well-maintained and the entire property looks terrific--your grounds crew clearly works hard!

We stayed in a middle unit(from top to bottom). we could hear every step the people in the above unit made-very annoying. We have never stayed in a place where we had to basically clean the unit before we left. We do not think that is warranted based on what we paid for the unit. It was very difficult to figure out how to operate the TV's.

Everything was great until the last few days when the noise from the occupants above us made it impossible to sleep. We did not want to call security, as it was not a security issue. Loud foot steps that would shake our ceiling started very early in the morning and would not end until 1 am when they went to bed (they were out during the day). There were about 8 people staying up there and we were told it was the owners of the condo. Unfortunately, we left a day early due to lack of sleep.
