This is our second time staying here We love the view and enjoy morning coffee on the deck or playing card games there in afternoon. So many great nearby spots to visit. The kitchen is well equipped even had a needed muffin pan.

so happy with everything. Only 1 small comment. The pillows are getting near the end of their life and king beds should have at least 2 king pillows. Kitchen supplies were great and we really liked staying in the Wintergreen building. Views so wonderful!

We loved everything about this Condo. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the view was the best that we have seen while visiting this area. We hope to come back in the summer and rent this condo at Wintersgreens R1231. It was an amazing visit.

The basic kitchen items were lacking in the following respect. The large knives in the wood block were not sharp enough to cut through food and the set was a incomplete. There were not enough knives in the silverware draw. No small paring knives.
None of the dinner dishes were microwaveable.the dishes were chipped The kitchen lacked dishes to serve snacks and appetizers or salads.
A full sized ironing board is needed.
This might be fine for a weekend or week rental but not for a monthly rental.

A lot of the dishes are chipped. Better pots and pans would be appreciated. The master bedroom could use a mattress upgrade. The living room furniture is uncomfortable. Loved the Keurig! The view is amazing! The location is perfect. The condo is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Property needs bar stools (4). Also needs cushions for the wooden porch furniture. A new mattress for the Master bedroom king bed would be a great addition.
The remainder of the condo was terrific. The view is the best and the kitchen has every convenience. We purchased a new toaster, since the one that was there didn't work properly- no big deal!
There were no hangers in the bedroom closets. We bought a dozen and brought and left another 6.

This is a beautiful property! We were extremely pleased with the view and the layout of the condo. If I could make a suggestion: instructions for turning on the water need to be a little clearer as there are 2 colored handles in the closet. Also, the light on the microwave doesn't work, so maybe the bulb needs to be changed? Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our girls getaway! We WILL be back!!

Though the indoor furniture was fairly comfortable the outside furniture was extremely uncomfortable. This is the main reason why we chose a different property for next year. Most people have mattresses that require deep fitted sheets---the fitted sheets just About lay on top of the mattress. Some of the towels were torn/stained. We had a power failure while we were there---there was one flashlight with no batteries in it. We were in the dark for about 5 hours that evening. We had an issue with one o

The food had to be stored on the counter top because there was no panty. Therefore ants got into the food.
Only 2 out of the four TV's worked and the game cube would not work.
A suggestion would be to add games and more DVD's for guests.
Overall the resort was beautiful and the condo was super nice and we would definitely return.

We've rented several condos at Echota on the Ridge and unit R1231 was the nicest so far. Very nice furnishings. Good quality mattresses and bedding. We loved that the unit had 2 king size beds. We will definitely be back as our daughter will be at ASU for another 3 years.

The outside steps were EXTREMELY dangerous because the lights only came on after you reached the top landing. The bottom lights went on after you were on the pathway to the car. Need better lighting on stairways.
