I telephoned about the smell of a dog when we arrived. I understand that owners are exempt from the no pet policy, but when we rented this property and even after rechecking our rental agreement as well as your website for this property, we could not find anything about owners being exempt. We only found on the website at the top no pets, and then another reminder down the page that there is no smoking and no pets.

We suggest that for each home's page that says no pets that it also indicate if the own

Although the Jacuzzi was a big plus for this location the unit itself needs to have an improvement with respect to the overall cleaning of the facility. There seems to be to much clutter to gather the dust.

This is the second time we have stayed with Foscoe rentals and have had a great experience both times. They were very flexible with checkout time due to snow. The townhouse was very well kept and in a great location. We would definitely stay in this home again.

We enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying at Echota on the Ridge, this house was nicer decorated than the first we rented with a beautiful view of Grandfather Mtn. The house needs a good deep cleaning. The top of all the headboards and top of the refrigerator had an inch of dust on them. Light fixtures and corners had cobwebs. There is a mildew problem in the basement on the ceiling by the bedroom door to the porch and by the entry to the bedroom that needs to be addressed. Thank you for sharing

We stayed at a condo in June. Enjoyed it so much we came back in July. Property was nice, but was not clean. Dusty, bugs, and powerful dog smell. Would not stay in this townhouse again. We do enjoy echota on the ridge and hope to come back to escape the heat here in Wilmington, but the cleanliness of this property was not acceptable.

The thing we were most excited about was the hot tub. Upon arrival, the hot tub was not yet hooked up :( Called the front desk- we were charged for it in the rental fee, and promised a credit. As long as the credit goes through everything was really nice. Very clean and comfortable for our group. What a great layout to have a full bathroom for each room, rooms with twin beds and a half bath near the kitchen. I would also recommend to guests that the night owls sleep in the room off the kitchen. Everything c
