Beautiful home and we love the layout of this model. We had a great trip! However, the cleanliness of this townhome could be better. It looked like it has not been vacuumed in a while; specifically, the stairs leading to the second floor and the master (main floor) closet. There were also cobwebs in the windows on the main floor.

Had a fantastic stay! Only had a hard time finding salt and pepper, but made our way to Dollar General and found some. Beautiful views and home was in great condition. We can't wait to return!

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The Internet service worked very well. The furniture was modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The staff is excellent and very nice! 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay! Just a few thoughts: The insulation between the floors is terrible. You can hear everything!!! We also had trouble working the air condition. It was consistently 75-77 degrees inside. Way too hot!

Hi - I actually called already, but I'll type it out. The pans in the kitchen - and I think the bottom of the oven drawer - are coated in oil. Someone didn't wash them well. I think part of the problem is that even really scrubbing with the detergent that is left in the place I couldn't get the oil off. It's truly horrible soap. It doesn't even deserve to call itself soap. We had packed some basic Dawn and used that to clean the ones we needed to use. Made a big difference. So you might want to consi

It would be very helpful to have hooks and a boot mat for coats and shoes at the front door. As it snowed when we were there, there was constantly water mixed with salt on the hardwoods and no where to hang coats or leave boots. We actually opened the laundry closet and I asked folk to leave their ski boots on the tiled floor.

We enjoyed the house. We found mouse droppings in the pantry and called about it but never heard back. It was kind of gross seeing the mouse droppings along the perimeter of the pantry. Evidently cleaning people didn't clean floor in there. Also downstairs master curtains were not functional. Very sheer and didn't cover window.

Easy check in and check out which we appreciated due to Covid. Our adult children were able to park their cars at the pool rather than down at the sales / rental office which was helpful. One of my children left her AirPods in the house and Heather was very responsive. I would recommend the homeowners add extra towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Also the coffee maker works but not very well. I would suggest providing wine glasses as well. Thanks for a great week!!

We absolutely loved the property, beds and linens nice, view to die for, kitchen equipped and would definitely stay again. We rent condos here at Myrtle Beach and strive for good reviews. The only issue we had was the coffee pot was not good. Coffee and grounds spilled out due to the clasp on the pot. We went out and bought a Keurig to use while we were there. In our rentals we furnish both and think most people use them now. Not a big deal but for future renters, I would recommend. Thanks for

The property needs instruction sheets for use of TVs. We had an air conditioning unit for the lower level that was not working and needed service. When the service person came out, we asked about TV instructions as well. He managed to get the TV in the main room working by changing connections in the rear of the TV. We never used the other TVs in the home since they never came on as the one in the main room. The air conditioning was fixed, due to a short in the wiring, in a timely manner. All other service

Hot tub was not in good working order. ALL of the headrests were gone. The jets were not all working properly One of the buttons for controlling jet flow was obviously broken. I am surprised that renters are charged extra for this property just due to a hot tub being present. Even more surprising is the fact that renters are charged for a hot tub that is so poorly maintained. We had a wonderful time in the property at Banner Elk! The view was wonderful and the layout was just right for our family. Check in was easy. We found lots of fun things to do, and hope to come back. We enjoyed our stay and the views were excellent. We stayed there during Thanksgiving. Unfortunstely, there was an issue with the oven where it does not heat properly. Someone from security looked at the oven, determined that there was nothing he could do. We ended uo not being able to bake parts of our Thanksgiving dinner. The worst time to have an issue with the oven.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would recommend is for the oven to be replaced. The stove top works great but the oven doesnt get as hot as it should. Everything we cooked in the oven that week took way longer than it should. Besides that everything was clean and cozy. We had a great time!

There were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen was not adequately stocked. There were not enough bowls for cereal or soup. There were not adequate measuring cups and spoons. The two small flimsy baking sheets were rusty. There were not adequate large serving bowls. There was no ice cream scoop. There were not enough glasses (except for wine glasses). There is not adequate outdoor lighting for locating properties at night and unloading vehicles.

This property was amazing. I have recommended it to all my friends. I have been in the Fall and Summer, both wonderful. This home has everything you need and fit my family perfect. I brought my 2 children and their families, which was perfect. Every family had their own level, giving everyone privacy. I love this Resort and this Town Home. The private Hot Tub is a big plus.

The only problem we had were the doors to outside. My 2 year old nephew could open them. Perhaps add a latch higher on the door for safety. Also another gate to block the stairs going up.

The kitchen needs WAY more dishes to accommodate the number of people the unit sleeps. More cups, plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses. Loved that it has a griddle. We LOVED the new sofas (they were amazing) and larger kitchen table (thanks, also for the folding chairs - we were all able to sit at the table for dinner!). You can get rid of the hot tub downstairs - the chemicals are so strong in it that we smelled like it for more than a day - even after a shower. It'd be so nice to just have furniture to enjoy

We loved this unit and will stay there again. The one MAJOR problem with it is that it slept 12 but only sat 4 at the kitchen table. There were two bar stools to use, but one was so wobbly we thought we'd break it. We had 7 people at the condo so one person had to stand and eat. Would love for the owners to get a bigger kitchen table! Also, we wanted to grill out one night but right as we went to grill, we realized there was no gas in the tank. Other than that everything was great and we will be back!

There was nobody staying at the neighbors, so we parked some cars at the adjacent townhome. We didn't see any instructions for what to do with more than 2 cars, but it wasn't a problem for us at all. The property was perfect and we had a great weekend.

There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets and bedspreads. In kitchen, there weren't enough dishes, flatware or glasses for a 4 bedroom unit. There were only 5 dinner plates. The views were wonderful though and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There were a few bowls, plates and coffee mugs with cracks and chips that should be replaced. Also, the rug in the living area was shedding quite a bit, so there was fuzz on the floors and clothing. We knew that parking would be limited, but it was still an inconvenience to park the extra cars at the clubhouse/pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return--The unit was fine- with a few exceptions-- #1 was the kitchen-- Some plates had chips and cracks and we ended up purchasing plastic plates and glasses and even a platter and plastic bowl for a large salad. It would have been ok if there were 2 people, but really not adequate for the size of the place.

The kitchen was very nice, but lacked a bit with cooking pans. Not too much of a big deal, especially since there are lots of restaurants nearby. I like to cook, so this was a bit of a detriment. The biggest thing we had a problem with was bedding. There were only 2 extra blankets in the whole house. There should be at least a couple extra blankets per bed. This created a problem for us, but again, we made do with what we had.

we had a wonderful stay and was pleased with most everything. I would like to say that for the price, some of the kitchen supplies need updating. The electric griddle did not have the pan to catch the grease, there was only one frying pan and it was all scratched up and hard to work with and there was not enough dish detergent. The only thing we weren't completely satisfied with was the bed on the main floor. It wasn't very comfortable and everytime you move, it made a lot of noise. Also the bedroom downstairs was great but some curtains or blinds on the windows would be great to block out the morning sun and add additional privacy. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The townhome is beautiful and we hope to return!

The unit was very nice, but upset with housekeeping. We paid extra for housekeeping and had to drive our trash in our car to the dumpster. Not exactly what you want to do when your car is already filled. We were only given two trash bags as well. Really for a unit that size and the amount we paid, I believe more trash bags could be supplied. Also did not like that we had to put dishes away. In the past at other rentals we load dishes in the dishwasher and run it and then housecleaning puts away. I am unsure

We did have one complaint... there was a mouse trap left on the floor in the pantry and our dog got ahold of it for a few minutes. We also had our 4-year old boy with us which could have been very dangerous if he got ahold of it. It says DO NOT TOUCH on the back of it because it's very toxic. I was so happy when we walked into the town home (everything was well kept and very clean) - then I found the mouse trap. So there must be mice in that unit??? Other than that, we loved everything about it!!

We have always loved staying at Echota on the Ridge, and are always very impressed with the cleaninliness of the units and how well maintained they are. However, With this particular unit, I was disappointed in how badly equipped the kitchen was. There was only 1 pot to cook in, and 1 med sized pan. We had 7 adults staying at the unit. Booklet at the house writes $30 for pet however web site says $75, we decised to bring the pet later and looked at the booklet however office charged web price. I think it is a problem that should be fixed.

We love Echota and have made an annual event for renting a place each Oct. for my daughter's birthday. Last weekend was again a great experience. We hope that one day we'll not just be renters, but owners in Echota as well. It's a great place and as far as we can tell, very well managed.
