Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this top floor Timbers floor plan condo(stair access only) features two level living. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath, as well as laundry facilities. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the wooded mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located upstairs is a loft area with extra sleeping space, guest bedroom and bathroom, as well as a bonus office room. This condo is upstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).

Probably great for someone with allergies since there were no rugs or carpets anywhere in the unit. The wood floors were absolutely beautiful.

Please see that all the moldy books and furniture in the second floor "office" are removed prior to our 2024 reservation. Even the desk has moldy books inside it. It was so bad that for the 3 months we were there we had to crack all the windows and run the fans. Additionally, we could not put our guests up there, nor could we use the space ourselves. This is a health issue and must be resolved prior to our stay in August, September and October 2024.

Would be nice to label some of the light switches so we could find the appropriate one more quickly.
Liked the TV on a lower cabinet instead of putting up above the fireplace mantel, which would be too high.

We really, REALLY liked this unit :) what a great layout. for us, first time staying in one of the fourplexes (we typically stay in one of the six unit buildings). Great deck too, wonderful view, and good furniture on the deck.
Few things: nothing major:
noticed there really weren't any spices/basics, (note: we realize that is NOT part of the deal) however, usually there are a few things left behind from other renters, like salt and pepper, oil, etc...again not a big deal at all, but i suppose we grew

Always have a great time here. The units are always nice and clean and the grounds and maintenance are always very nice and well cared for. The office staff is always accomodating and great. This is our 5th or 6th time renting here when we come to the mountains from south florida. Just bring your toothbrush and coffee and clothes and you will have a good time.

The master shower really needs a shower caddy. It's a small shower with no room to put shower products. The kitchen was poorly equipped compared to many other properties we've stayed in. The cable connection was shotty and difficult to watch.
It was clean and the location was perfect. We've stayed in this unit before, but forgot the few challenges that, in our opinion, lowers the cost to value level from the other properties.

Timbers O-4 was an amazingly wonderful place to spend our vacation! The views were spectacular and the accommodations were plentiful!! The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of and the bathrooms had more than enough linens. The beds were extremely comfortable!! The property was well maintained. The morning that there were snow flurries and ice, Foscoe Rentals had cleared the roads and put salt down even all the way to the condo's front

We left some comments for improvement of the unit's kitchen area--needs replacement light bulbs over dining table, replacement ceiling light globe over kitchen, measuring cups/spoons, plastic kitchen utensils for non-stick pans, another saucepan, ice cube trays, better can opener. Balcony electric roll-down shade is ripped and needs repair.

On arrival one of the fire alarms was hanging down which was replaced with a new one the next day. The frying pan was old and housekeeping dropped of three new ones along with a hair dryer, a bed spread the next day.

The door lock is absolutely horrible. I was so frustrated with this lock/door. It was apparent that the door had been replaced at some point but gosh- the method for locking the door was so convoluted. Other than that- this was a lovely condo and look forward to returning in the future.

This is a great property however is has A LOT of cat hair in it. When I rented this property and it said no smoking and no pets that is what I expected. I had 2 people with me allergic to cats, one being my 4 year old son. I had to give him 2 kinds of allergy medication along with an inhaler for his asthma due to the cat hair tiggering his allergies. The other person allergic had to take extra allergy medication and had problems with her contacts in her eyes the whole time due to the cat hair.
