The main floor features a spacious primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed and an indulgent whirlpool tub in the attached bath. Upstairs, two guest rooms await, one adorned with a plush queen bed, the second room with a twin trundle (2 twins) and a shared well-appointed Jack and Jill bathroom with separate dressing areas. Throughout the cabin, comfort is paramount. Sink into the plush furnishings of the living room, illuminated by the warm glow of a gas fireplace with the flick of a switch. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with new appliances, before dining on the covered wrap-around deck, equipped with a gas grill and rocking chairs for leisurely evenings outdoors. Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. This cabin is very spacious and has a beautiful view and feels like you are in a remote area even though you are close to all of the fun attractions. The cabin is very well stocked in the kitchen and had many chairs for sitting outside. The wraparound porch was amazing.
The only negative was that the bed in the master bedroom was very soft and caused significant back pain for both my husband and me.

Water pressure was very low one of the reasons we rented was for the tub in master it took 45 min to fill it.
Could not use shower upstairs water pressure was so low. Was afraid to use the cane back chairs on lower porch looks like u could fall right thru. We have rented alot of homes in the carolina's just one in Oct. And it was fully stocked . We have stayed at the Casita several times and it has started to feel like a home away from home. We have recommended Fosco Rentals to a lot of our friends and the Casita is top of the list. This last experience was not the best though. The master bedroom upstairs had wasps that were coming in through the gaps in the windows. As hard as we tried we couldn't stop them from coming in. We loved our stay at your property. Very quiet, easy to access, great check in and check out, very responsive about coffee pot, beds very comfortable. Technician came about refrigerator noise, but that wasn't fixed. I believe that work request had been sent in prior to our arrival. Also, never able to get tv service through cable. Had to use streaming services.

We always enjoy our stay at La Casita. We rarely have any issues and if we do, you are extremely quick to take care of them. Our vacuum was broken and we had a new one delivered and set up really fast.
We did encounter quite a few mice for the first time. We trapped three but you might want to check around for mice droppings in the closets and under the sink.
We also had a snake in the downstairs bedroom.

We had a nice stay. The cabin is in a great location and has a nice layout for three couples.
The right bedroom upstairs has a bed that is leaning badly. It needs to be repaired or replaced.
I also didn't appreciate the additional fees that were added in the contract. Rather than picking up and dropping off keys, a door code would be more convenient.

This was our first time in the area and we found this cabin to be amazing! It was clean, very comfortable, had great views, and the instructions provided by Foscoe were very helpful. We will definitely return for future stays and will absolutely use Foscoe Rentals.
Foscoe staff were very kind to allow us early check in even though we had not set that up. They were also understanding on checkout when the area was snowed in and allowed for a little later check out.

We loved this property. The view was great and the cabin was very comfortable. It was well supplied with everything we needed. We loved the rocking chairs on the porches and the comfortable furniture in the main living area. Easy access and level entry also. We had hoped to use the fire pit but hopefully next time! We do plan on staying here again. We have rented many cabins in the Boone area over the years and La Casita is one of the best.

We generally enjoyed our stay. The rain kept us from enjoying the view but that is no fault of the owners. We did notice a few things:
We could not get the gas logs to light
The air did not cool the upstairs; not sure if there is a problem
The upstairs bedroom had a queen bed pushed against the wall. I would recommend moving the bed over some to allow for people to get out of bed in the middle of the night. It also made a lot of noise whenever we turned over but was otherwise comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at LaCasita...the only exception to this was the evening that a horde of black ants invaded the living and kitchen area...when I say horde....I mean horde...had never seen so many black ants...we stomped and sprayed ( a flying insect product located in the utility closet) until the ants stopped coming in. The cabin is nice and I liked it enough to stay in it again this year (we have stayed in it once before) I didn't say anything to the staff because I'm not sure but one night when I couldn't sleep I thought I heard something run across the floor and then I wondered if possibly a ground squirrel was getting in through that hole in the wall that needs to be fixed. The cabin was outstanding, far exceeding our expectations. We found every item we needed for our stay and then some. My daughter and I agreed it was one of our best vacations ever. We had a wonderful time at La Casita. My only concerns were that I think there is a mouse in the house:) We noticed droppings in the utensil drawer on the day we were checking out and a loaf of bread had been nibbled into.
We were also going to use the grill, but the propane tank was empty. I'm sure we could have called but it was already so late we didn't.

I was very disappointed with the poor choice of television options. Stations such as ESPN, The Weather Channel and other basic cable stations should be included in a property at this level and price range. I would expect to have the same channel options as I would at any basic motel or hotel.

Both beds upstairs need replacing. They were crackling loud enough to be heard in the lower level. It is not from plastic covers - it is the actual bed. You have to have someone actually sit and move on them to really understand. It made it difficult to sleep. Other than that the home was beautiful and we would lease it again in a heartbeat.

My mom and sister accompanied me for the weekend. It was the perfect girls weekend and being 7 1/2 months pregnant the weather and cabin were great. Sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty when we decided to go to bed. Needing to be up early we had to stay up late and strip the beds and do laundry so we could have clean sheets. When i let them know at the front desk at checkout they were completely unapologetic. It was as if my complaint meant nothing. When i told them i washed the bedding they responded "Okay thank you."
