The main floor is dedicated to comfort, hosting the spacious primary suite offering a beautiful mountain view with a luxurious bathroom. Accompanying this is a guest bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, the loft bedroom and bathroom provide a private retreat. Downstairs, another seating area with a TV offers an additional cozy space for gatherings, while an enclosed bedroom surrounded by windows provides a treehouse-like escape. The King mattress in the lower level was not comfortable. Thank goodness Maintenance was able to take care of the squeaky bedframe. There are a ton of windows in the room and there are no room darkening shades. Didn't work out well for the family members with a 1 year old who planned to use that space. I would highly recommend the owners replace that bed and window coverings!

Wonderful place!!! Would stay here again for sure. My only minimal suggestions are: to replace the upstairs bathmats in the bathroom........they look pretty nasty. Also, one of the towels under the sink had dried toothpaste embedded in it which tells me it was not washed. I also found a long hair and other lint on one of the pillows which tells me that they pillow cases were not washed. The bathroom vent needs cleaning and the shower head and on/off handle need to be updated as they look like they are 20+ y

The property was well-maintained and accommodating for our family. The loft area was stuffy and hot. We had to turn on the air conditioning to keep our guests in the loft cool during the night, resulting in the drop in main-level temperatures, which was uncomfortably cold! I am alerting your team in case of an issue with the HVAC system.
I would stay in this property again! The proximity to the clubhouse, privacy, and view were all wonderful.

Lively property wonderful amenities , we had questions about the appliances and it was really crucial we were able to call you on the weekends with our questions . This house was absolutely wonderful! The photos don't do justice to the incredible view and the close proximity to the pool was perfect for our late August getaway. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked kitchens I have ever encountered in a rental property, the beds were all really comfy and I loved the whole layout. The next time we head up to the mountains we will definitely look into booking here again.

The unit needs more than 1 fob to enter the pool/clubhouse. Unless we all went at the same time (and to the same place, ie, the pool and the clubhouse are not the same as you need a fob to enter both and to enter or leave the pool area), we had to coordinate who had the fob. As I recall, the other Echota locations we have stayed at in the past had 2 fobs.

We LOVE this house. It is perfect for our extended family to spend quality time together for an early Thanksgiving and still have some privacy when needed. The downstairs suite is perfect for my nephew, his wife, and their little daughter. My brother's 90 year old mother-in-law is very comfortable and safe in the ground floor bedroom by the front door where she does not have to manage stairs. The decks are spacious. I wanted to once again comment that we certainly enjoyed our stay however some areas to consider to improve are:
1) offer SOME type of movie channel for the guests, this would be very nice to have especially on a rainy day!
2) get a NEW mattress for the lower level king bed. The one now available is HORRIBLE
3) there was a breakage of one red casserole dish that literally just broke in half while hand washing ( I can send you a picture if you like......?)

This house is fabulous. It was perfect for our family's needs to be able to distance somewhat while spending time together. My brother's 89yo mother-in-law was very comfortable and safe in her first floor Queen room and did not have to navigate any stairs. My brother and his wife enjoyed their huge King suite. My nephew and his growing family had perfect space downstairs for the baby. My loft bedroom was perfect and the bed was terrific with marvelous mattress! Well furnished, very comfortable. Spectacular

We've rented several condos in Echota on the Ridge in past years. Beautiful development! This rental home was the most well-equipped of all of the rentals we've stayed in! Our compliments to the owners & Foscoe Rentals! This home was booked for our planned fall visit in 2021, but we managed to reserve a nearby condo (one we haven't stayed in before).

The thermostat was a pain. In the middle of the night it would readjust setting higher making it uncomfortable and I would to get up at 1 to 3 am to reset it. Need to have instructions on how to control it. Don't forget to tell the owners about the carpenter ants that were in the roof and dropped on the floor. The spraying killed a few hundred, but that may not have solved the problem.

We were very disappointed that the rental property did not disclose changes to the amenities upfront and prior to making the reservation. Everyone completely understands that changes have occurred due to COVID19 but the issue is not having the changes posted when renters are making decisions about rental properties does not seem appropriate. Was totally satisfied - was disappointed over the fireplace not working - but totally understand that it could not be helped! The only other disappointing factor was the weather and that also could not be. controlled by you! Luxury' accommodations shouldn't mean you have to ferry your garbage to a dumpster half a mile away - or any dumpster, for that matter. Either locate garbage cans at the property or have house cleaning dispose of the trash.
Separately, a 10 am check out is too early if dishes are to be clean AND put away. It should be fine to have guest start the dishwasher and have housecleaning put things away.

Unfortunately we were unable to use the outside grill our entire stay. We bought groceries and had planed to cook out during our stay. Unfortunately the grill was unusable. Actually, it was a good thing that we could not find a lighter to light the grill as we probably would have had an explosion since the maintenance employee stated the grill was leaking propane and unable to be used.

Nice house and property and a gorgeous long range view. Just a few things that could be improved. The smoke detector was chirping when we arrived so battery had to be pulled, which was a bit of a hassle with higher ceilings. We couldn't get the CD player to work; it seemed to be slipping and wouldn't progress through the disc (needed repair on our arrival). No extra pillows or blankets in the main level bedrooms. Ignitor on grill wouldn't work and it tooks us awhile to find matches in the kitchen.
