The property was very well equipped. The only thing missing was a hand held can opener. The lighting was not great, and a new refrigerator would be good. Otherwise the house was very comfortable.

It worked great for my wife and I - she is wheelchair bound so the flat condo and no step entrance worked well. View was super. COndo very clean with nice start kits of soaps etc. Door locking procedure was easy. Kitchen well equipped.

The condo upstairs had what appeared to be a very large dog and a small dog. Each evening was exercise time for these dogs as they loped around the condo. (Perhaps after a thrown toy). The human was up each day around 4am to 4:30am and is very heavy footed and was walking back and forth through the rooms during what normally are considered quiet hours.

The condo and echota are so nice. The only issue is the people upstairs. They are incredibly loud. The dogs they have are running back and forth constantly. I rented this condo for my senior parents and had no idea how loud upstairs would be. My parents are elderly and would want to sleep in and have quiet days in at the condo. It's nonstop upstairs. My parents didn't want to complain but I was pretty annoyed. I think there should be a note made on this condo rental that the people upstairs have dogs an

The unit was lovely and spacious. We loved all the natural light. We appreciated the ample storage. The view was amazing. We would love to return to Echota. However it will only be if we stay in a top floor unit. The floors are too thin. The owners above us sounded like a herd of elephants at the rodeo. The whole unit shakes when they stomp around upstairs. Whenever we stay somewhere with multi level floors we try to be considerate of our downstairs neighbors.

I think the unit is starting to look a little beat up, in particular, many of the kitchen supplies were not in great shape. For example, several of the pans were dirty and crusty, as if someone had not washed them. The outside door did not close all the way, we had to pull it shut really hard. The outdoor furniture was very minimal, and again, rather worn out, especially the rocking chair which looked like it had bird doo doo all over it. The tenants in the floor above Evergreens 521 have a bird feeder attached to their patio. The squirrels use it more that the birds. They crack the seeds and the shells fall down on the patio at 521 Evergreens. I would sweep the patio and the next day, the patio would have just as many seed shells. When I swept them away, I am sure some of them fell on the lower level patio. I felt bad because they had a rug to clean. This was very bothersome and caused us not to use the patio except to go out for a bre

We have stayed at this property multiple times, so clearly we like it. However, this was the first time we experienced occupants in the property above loudly clomping overhead, sometimes quite early and quite late. So I doubt we will stay at this property again. We would look for something with no unit above it.

The condo and staff were great, but our condo had renovations being done upstairs in another unit by the owner and it was very noisy the entire week we were there. Owners should have to report work being done to the office so they are aware of that and can advise renters. Its not the managements fault but the owner of the upstairs unit was very rude to work from 7AM to 10PM every day.
We have rented from Foscoe 4 other times in various locations and never had this problem.

The tiny kitchen trash can is completely inadequate. Considering how inconvenient it is to dispose of trash outside the unit, a standard size kitchen trash can is needed. What is in there is what might appropriately be in a bathroom. We end up taking the trash bag out and using it without the can.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and overall it works well for us. Last year I complained about two things when I left and neither had been addressed when we arrived this year. The biggest complaint is that the kitchen trash can size is barely adequate for a bathroom. This is especially annoying because the trash dump is so inconvenient and only one trash bag is provided. The unit is nice as we have stayed in it before. It does need a bit of updating. The master bed mattress probably needs to be replaced as it squeaks and sags on one side. We had to replace the battery in the guest room smoke detector in the middle of the night. Fortunately we found one in one of the drawers in the kitchen. It was the last one. Obviously, housekeeping hasn't been doing their job! Definitely ruined our night!

This was a well-maintained property in an area convenient to all surrounding communities. Accessibility was important to us, and this condo met that standard. The living room chairs were difficult for us [older] folks to get in and out of, but otherwise furniture was nice, and the view from the deck was wonderful.

Everything was GREAT, kitchen very well stocked, liked having TVs in all the rooms, loved the deck and the view. The only complaint is the mattress in the master BR (the king). It needs to be replaced, it is very worn with two sizable "dips" in it. There has been a pillowtop mattress cover added but it is also worn out. My husband (who has some back issues) couldn't sleep on it and had to sleep in the other room. But other than that mattress, everything was wonderful and we would love to come back!

Property was good, except for a few things. One was the condo had a smell of dirty linens. I suspect the furniture and beddings haven't been cleaned or replaced in a long time. I would suggest at a minimum cleaning the furniture and getting new bed skirts, shams, and bedspreads. Also, the lighting in the kitchen was inadequate. Larger bulbs please!

WE HAD A GREAT TIME STAYING THERE AND MAY RETURN TO THIS unit. EVERYTHING WAS ABOVE OUR EXPECTATION EXCEPT THE VIEW. IT WAS AN OK VIEW, BUT WITH THE TREES GROWN UP THE VIEW WAS NOT THE VIEW AS SHOWN ON THE INTERNET. You NEED TO SHOW CURRENT VIEWS for every time of the season,so PEOPLE WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. We will still recommend this unit to friends though. We would like an unobstructed view of several mountains tops for next year.

The gas fireplace didn't seem to have a low setting. We loved using it but had to turn it off every 30 minutes because it would get too hot. The high/low setting didn't seem to lower it enough to keep it running on low without getting too hot.

This property was as others we have rented in the past at Foscoe; however, the mattress in the master bedroom should have been replaced some time ago. My husband slept in the second bedroom and I slept in the middle of this bed where there was a support. Both sides of the mattress had lost the support and even visually you could see that this mattress was unacceptable.
