A lovely 1 BR unit with beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain - our 3rd stay at this location and it remains a favorite. Would highly recommend. Suggestions forwarded to owners regarding preference for a keurig and other kitchen items. Great seating areas and lovely 4 seat table on porch as well as the dining area inside. Bring spices if you like to cook - dine, relax and enjoy this wonderful property! In our opinion, buildings CA and CB have the greatest views!

We clicked on the link to the address that was sent to us and it took us to the wrong place. The condo was lovely with a great view, but the kitchen needs small plates, more coffee mugs, and a Keurig. Also, the fireplace, even when on high, did not produce flames, just hot embers. However, it did provide warmth.

We thought the property worked well for a short stay. Things we would suggest include:
1. Make sure the grill works properly before checkin. Only one of the six burners worked for us.
2. Provide a keurig coffee maker - this is standard and should be there
3. Provide a kitchen sponge for cleaning. Again this is standard at every rental we have stayed in.

We rented this specific unit because it had a gas grill. The temperature gauge on the grill did not work, making it very difficult to bring items to the appropriate temperature.

Very comfortable one bedroom condo; nearly new a very well furnished.
It would be a better stay if the nearby swimming pool was not restricted to owners only, but available to week long renters. We would have been willing to pay a higher rental rate or additional fee for access to the nearby swimming pool. Never the less, we enjoyed our week in the condo.

Lovely 1 BR condo with wonderful view of Grandfather Mtn. Our second stay in this well furnished unit, which has been freshly painted. Appreciated elevator access for loading/unloading, great porch with table/chairs and attentive Foscoe staff regarding any needs. Again - fabulous view! Only recommendation would be a new knife set for the kitchen. If you spend time cooking (we do!) remember to bring spices and basic pantry items. Kitchen is nicely arranged. Loved our stay and will return!

This was a beautiful property only down side in my mind was the seating furniture could be upgraded and a bit more comfortable. We typically plan and bring our meals with us due to lack of service when you go out especially since Covid. The kitchen items that were available in this condo were pretty sparse.

We stay at Echota on a regular basis either renting through Foscoe Rentals or VRBO. Love to stay at Echota, its quite and most locations have beautiful views, great location to simply decompress.

The views of Grandfather Mtn from this property are amazing. Elevator access very helpful for moving in/out. The porch has a very nice patio table and chairs - we spent much of our time there. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Adequate kitchen - would benefit from additional dinnerware and new knife set. We would definitely stay at this property again - the view alone is fantastic! I had a very quiet and pleasant stay in CA-1. Everything I needed was right in place, and it was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. One thing that needs attention are the walls just above the tub/shower insert where water has spattered and damaged the walls.

Ca1 property was very comfortable and enjoyed the scenery from the patio was very enjoyable.However there were somethings missing. We were provided with only 2 cups for coffee, 2 place mats and the plastic shower curtain in the bathroom was moldy. The bed was very very comfortable once we were able to get in bed . It needs a step stool. For staying a month in this condo I felt that a second set of sheets could have been provided.

We were disappointed the wooden walkway from the parking lot to the building was not salted or cleared of snow and ice. The stairs and walkway were icy for several days after the snow. It was a very short walkway and would have been very easy to salt or clear. We are seniors and felt it was not safe.

We stayed in CA-1. It was very nice and the view made it even more enjoyable. The condo had 3 coffee cups that were on a metal tree standing coffee stand. I reached to get one coffee cup which made the tree unstable and 2 of the coffee cups fell and broke. We hated that happened. The fireplace was used and enjoyed.

My family and I love our stay on Foscoe Rental, we love the view, we love the Townhouse, it was a wonderful experience every Ski Mountain and Entertainment is closed to it, and sometimes we did not want to go anywhere but just enjoy the unit. Check-in was seamless and the unit was very nice. I had an issue with the gas fireplace the first night that was promptly addressed by maintenance the following day. The only other issues I had were that is that the keys to the front door tended to stick in the lock, one pretty badly. It took me several minutes to get it unstuck and out of the lock the first time I tried it. Two recommended improvements would be:

(1) better signage within the community telling people how to get to Chalatkee and the

We had a wonderful stay!!! Gorgeous view! Loved the outside grill and the bed was super comfy!
The only things we wish could have been better were- no pots and pans, and both can-openers didn't work. Also, we could only use the internet in the living room area, signal not strong enough in the bedroom.
It would have been nice to have HBO or another movie channel to choose from.
The tub/shower has mold along the top of it and the wall near the kitchen table is really marked up. Needs a new paint job. A re

The unit was very nice and tastefully done. View was beautiful. Only two negatives, one having to do with housekeeping. Shower liner was molded and slimy. Could not use. Had to be replaced. Kinda a turnoff! Also suggests that a small Kurig be in the unit as we travel with k cups as we drink different coffees. The other units had them that we rented.

It was very noisy. I could hear the upstairs neighbors all week/end, moving chairs/furniture, loud (and clear!) conversations on their patio, dishwashers, washing machines, and anytime they dropped something it made a loud noise (happened quite a few times). I also heard much of the same next door. Honestly I've lived in apartments and stayed in hotels that were more soundproof. I expected to maybe occasionally hear neighbors (it is a condo, after all) but for the price paid (for the owners and renters) the

There was a dirty utility knife in the silverware drawer, dinner plates and salad plates intermixed (rather than each together on separate shelves), spent too much time looking for iron (found it the next day in BR closet in a basket covered over by coat hangers. No one has to leave salt in a salt shaker, but sorry to find an empty one. Then there was the old toaster that wouldn't accommodate larger size bread. Also, it wasn't fun trying to follow instructions to operate TV but finally managed.

The Property was well maintained:Unit was fine. The areas outside were not maintained very well. Dirt all over and spider webs all over the stairways. Looked as if haad not been swept in quite a while.

The org. gym was notin very good shape.
