It doesn't get much better than enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine surrounded by this beautiful High-Country scenery.

Outdoor Living

Enjoy the beauty of the High Country from two separate outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and gathering in every season.

The upper-level deck is an inviting outdoor living and dining space where you can gather for meals, relax with a cup of coffee, watch TV, enjoy the fireplace, or fire up the grill for an easy outdoor dinner. With comfortable seating and plenty of room to gather, this is a wonderful place to enjoy the views and spend time together.

The lower-level deck offers a more intimate and comfortable outdoor setting, complete with a private hot tub. After a day of exploring Boone and the surrounding mountains, settle into the hot tub, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. With two distinct outdoor spaces, guests can choose between gathering together or finding a quiet spot to unwind.

Gather, Relax & Spread Out

Inside, Beech Chalet is filled with natural light streaming through the windows, creating a bright and welcoming mountain atmosphere. Vaulted ceilings, beautiful stone fireplaces, and comfortable gathering spaces add warmth and character throughout the home.

A large dining room table provides plenty of space for family meals, holiday gatherings, game nights, and lingering over dinner together. The home also offers multiple comfortable gathering areas, making it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having room to spread out.

The home features three bedrooms and four bathrooms, including two primary suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. This flexible layout makes the chalet especially comfortable for families or multiple couples traveling together.

The upstairs primary suite features a queen bed and private bathroom. An additional bathroom on the upper level features a beautiful tiled shower.

Downstairs, the second primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the lower-level deck. The guest bedroom offers queen-size bunk beds and an additional bathroom with a tub. The bunk room also includes a desk and printer, making it a convenient workspace for guests who need to work remotely.

Also on the lower level is a comfortable sitting area with a spacious sectional sofa and TV. It's the perfect spot to relax with a movie, watch the game, curl up with a book, or simply enjoy some quiet time away from the main gathering areas. With this additional living space, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the chalet at their own pace.

Cook In or Outside

The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a special family dinner. The kitchen features a gas range and cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and other conveniences.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided for added convenience. Central air and forced-air heating keep the home comfortable year-round, while high-speed internet makes it easy to stay connected when needed.
