Description: Anglers Lodge home is tucked into a delightful, wooded setting, feeling like a treehouse, and across the street from the indoor pool with hot tub, fitness center and clubhouse. This home is thoughtfully furnished and comfortably appointed. Its features include upscale kitchen appliances with granite countertop, and everything needed to prepare a meal at the large dining room table. The living room is bright and inviting with lots of windows, TV, and a cozy gas log fireplace. Rest and read a book, watch a movie and curl up in front of the fireplace while sipping hot cocoa, or play a board game. The choice is yours! Venture to the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature and prepare a meal on the grill. The primary bedroom is spacious and located on the main floor with access to the deck and primary bathroom suite with a shower stall and whirlpool bath to soak all your troubles away. The main floor is also where one guest bedroom and another bathroom is. The upstairs loft bedroom is spacious with a guest bathroom and the downstairs open area features more sleeping space, a bathroom, and the laundry room. The bedroom near the door seems to have a water leak, as indicated by the discoloration on the ceiling. Additionally, the bathroom drains need to be cleared; it was difficult to take a shower in the bathroom closest to the main entrance. Overall, everything else was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again, and we hope to see you soon!

Liked that the wood floor was refinished.
The abundant amount of fake plants are dust collectors and create allergy issues.
Bath mat at sinks in main bath should be washable. Hopeful the mat is cleaned somehow. Icky otherwise.
The electric outlet (looking from foot of bed on left) from in main bedroom does not work.
There is a screen on deck that was there last year. Where does it belong?

We loved this property and would rent it again! However, we do have suggestions to make it even better:
1) Chandelier - Two of us nearly banged into the sharp metal chandelier getting up from the table. It needs to be pulled up higher or even just replaced. It is a safety issue.
2) Seating - The house advertises that it can sleep 10, but there were only 8 chairs at the table and seats for 6 or 7 in the LR. We only had 8 people sleeping there, but had a couple other family members who were staying nearby j

The dried and plastic plant arrangements are appropriate. They are dust catchers, and create allergy issues. Plus they take up usable space in all areas. We placed a number of the fake plants in the main bathroom closet.

We had a wonderful time at Anglers Lodge.

We have stayed in cabins at Echota on the Ridge and Echota and this was one of our favorite places. The cabin was super clean, very roomy and all the beds were comfortable.

We love the information provided by Foscoe Rentals for check in and out. They always have great customer service.

We would definitely rent this cabin again.

There was no propane in the grill, the garbage can provided is way too small for that size of a house, the trash bags provided were cheap and not enough for the time or amount of people, only two dishwasher pods provided for a 5 day, 9 person stay, and hand soap wasn't available in every bathroom. We own a vacation rental in NC and we know the cost of providing all of these things,. For the price we paid, which includes way more fees than we charge, these items should be fixed. Anglers Lodge was perfect for our group. Close to everything we had planned to do. We had to call about a smoke detector that was bad and the problem was fixed. The house was nice and cozy. The staff I worked with booking was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use your company again.

Great house.We did have an issue with the tv in the masterbedroom and downstairs. I didnt have cell service so I couldnt contact the office so I emailed the next day.I would suggest checking all tvs before each rental. We also did not have propane for the grill and my husband purchased a tank and did not keep the receipt!We were going to cook a burger upon arrival instead of going out .This made our meal really late.We then read the notice on the door about the propane and keeping our receipt!Check in and c

We really enjoyed staying here as a family. The office staff are always so pleasant to deal with and very helpful as always. This was the first time staying at this house. The house was very nice, but for a 4 bedroom home it needed more living room furniture. At least it needed more comfortable seating for the living room. The only other issue we had was it needed to be sprayed for bugs. We kept finding spiders and critters. It needs to be visited by the pest control. Other than that, we really enjoyed stay

We had rented for 3 nights and only received 2 packets of dishwashing soap and two trash bags. This was definitely not enough, especially if you expect the renter to run the dishwasher prior to the cleaners coming in. I went to the office to get more soap and the person at the desk didn't have an extra to provide and wasn't terribly understanding about it.

This property was advertised as a 4 bedroom house. We could not use the lower-level bedroom because there is no heat in that room or bathroom. So we feel that we paid for a bedroom that was unusable. Fortunately my daughter had brought a queen size air mattress and sheets, too. The deck had not been swept in quite a while because of all the leaves. The hot water was dangerously hot but we had plenty of hot water.

We were overall pretty pleased with the property. A couple of things I feel should be mentioned. The property is advertised as a 4 bedroom. The room in the basement has a day bed with trundle. I rented the property and because of needs of others in the party, my husband and I ended up in the basement room. The bed was torture. We spent the 2nd night on the floor.
