Amenities: Guests of the Lakes Community have access to stocked catch-and-release ponds and a playground and tennis courts in the Seven Devils Community.
Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Wife and I stayed at three properties for this 15 day trip and this was by far our favorite property. Loved everything about it. Was very quite for our trip and we saw deer from the moment we got there until we left. There was one laying down in the back as soon as we arrived. There was plenty of firewood even left on the front porch that lasted the entire trip (and my wife was addicted to the fireplace). It was close to lots of hiking. There is a very famous hiking trail like 4 miles from the main entrance road and we hiked that one day and really enjoyed it. The home decor was really nice and really made us feel comfortable and we certainly got that "cabin in the mountains" feel for our vacation. We will 100% attempt to book this when we return.

Absolutely wonderful home and experience, will want to return. Loved the approach to the home, winding road within the community then long shared driveway ( no parking issues with shared driveway). Rolling hill in the front yard and terraced natural area in the rear- great mother nature views. Kids and I enjoyed walking to the pond to fish. Very comfortable home, clean and well appointed. thanks!
Great place for a ski weekend! Really loves the hot tub and how close it was to the mountains! Also, the kitchen was very stocked with cookware and utensils so nice if you want to cook!
We had an amazing stay! This cabin is so cozy! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The hot tub is great. Temperature was perfect and it was so clean! The cabin is near several activities, so you can easily go out to a restaurant or go on a hike. The cabin had a log fireplace that was so nice. There was plenty of fire wood. The heat works well in the bedrooms. We kept the doors shut and the heat on to keep them warm. The main living space, kitchen, and loft area has one heating unit, but it doesn't really keep it warm. You will need to light a fire! Which was no problem at all for us. Everything is very user friendly. All the switches are labeled and there was clear instructions for the fireplace and checkout. We had a wonderful time!! You will not be disappointed!
