The bed in the guest room was not comfortable, you can feel the springs when you lay down. Maybe a new/thicker pad or a new mattress? My son went home a day early because the mattress was so uncomfortable. The beds/pull outs in the loft were not fully sheeted; the top two had sheets but the pull outs did not have sheets and we couldn't find sheets anywhere to put on the beds.

We never saw staff or interacted with anyone working at the facility. The overall complex was really nice and the unit suited our needs perfectly. These are a few things that need to be addressed in the unit that we stayed in.
The seats at the bar need to be recovered. They were all threadbare and had foam showing through. One of the recliners would not recline due to the handle being broken.
The lights over the bar flickered line their was a short in the switch.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, comfortable wand has a lovely view.There are a few things that need attention. When showering in the king bedroom's bathroom, water runs out in the floor as it drips on the tub, the angle of the tub causes it to run on the floor instead of into the tub. One of the recliners in the living room has the bottom missing and the handle broken and the tree lamp shade is bent.

A recliner near the picture window was missing most of the tilt handle, making it's operation near impossible. It was also covered in a terrible slip cover, making me wonder how bad of shape the chair was really in. The owners really need to replace the chair.

The 2nd issue deals with the property itself - there is no where to get outside and grill realistically. The pavilion is nice, but remote. Severely disappointed in the lack of outdoor cooking areas. This one aspect will lead me to look for oth

We LOVED this area, and overall we were very pleased with the unit. I was disappointed that there was NO ICE maker in the "fully stocked kitchen'. We had 2 broken ice trays. We could have planned for this if it was stated. Also, the tv/dvd/cable connections in the master bedroom made a high pitched sound. I had to unplug the setup in order to sleep...

Overall, we loved this unit and would rent this again. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo rental at Echota Woods. Was very clean and comfortable. Just a few small items of concern - some missing light bulbs in lamps, Door to outside deck from Great Room was locked - only able to access thru master bed room; TV in guest bed room had no TV/Cable connection; personally would have preferred window treatments on large window in great room (shades or verticals?).
Overall a positive stay and would return!

Everything was fantastic with the property, both my sister and myself as well as our parents were very pleased with everything Foscoe as well as echota woods 131 had to offer. The kids and the adults loved the pool and the fishing. We definitely need more time here! Only thing I can say that could be improved are the fitted sheets on the beds, they don't fit well and pull off the beds very easily. Everything else was fantastic!!! A+

My mother is 77 years old, she slipped in the shower because there were no safety bars anywhere in the bathroom. the owner needs to put one by each commode and in the showers. they also need slip resistant strips in the tub/showers.
the owner also needs to paint and put a new couch and recliners,
they need a wine opener, new frying pans, and new better ice trays.
I recommend they make the guest bath shower a step in shower, instead of another tub, it would make it easier for elderly people.

The unit could use some maintenance / updating.

There are no handles or pulls on any of the kitchen or bathroom drawers or cabinets. They are inconvenient to open.

There are no screens on several of the windows. With all the bugs around, opening the windows is not really a feasible option.

The master shower/bathtub has a significant leak at or near the faucet.

Curtains or blinds on the main room would provide some needed shade from the morning light for guests sleeping in the loft.

Internet access in the condo would have been appreciated. It was quite satisfactory in the clubhouse, however.
We encountered two minor problems that did not warrant complaints at the time but might be worth addressing for subsequent guests: the living room TV volume would not adjust (it was satisfactory for most shows, but too soft on some movies); tiny ants appeared whenever so much as a crumb was left on a kitchen counter (our solution: no crumbs, no ants).

The condo needs more blankets and a plunger. Hallway commmode seems to clog frequently. Cookie sheet was not nice enough to use. Ice on walkway not cleared enough.
