Reviews
It would make more sense if the smart TV was located in the living room so you could watch a movie without laying on the worn-out bed to view. The living room sofa was showing its age too. Boards (2x4'S) were placed under the sofa cushions for support.
The stairs from the parking level to the condo front door are very slippery when it rains or snows. Non skid strips on the stair treads would be helpful and safer.
Foscoe Rentals should include a map of the entire Echota/Ridge area as part of the check-in process.
