Weekly (7 days) minimum, released to a 3 night minimum the day after Thanksgiving, released to a 2 night minimum 2 weeks prior
Martin Luther King/ Presidents Day /Memorial Day/ & Labor Day Weekends & Thanksgiving
3 night minimum, released to a 2 night minimum 2 weeks prior. Thanksgiving – 4 night minimum.
Summer Minimums (Booking For Next Year)
Gated Community Condos (Echota, Echota on the Ridge, Chalakee): 1 Month Minimum Stay Required for July and August, released to a week minimum stay March 1st and then released to a 2 night minimum May 1st
Gated Community Townhomes and Vacation Homes (Echota, Echota on the Ridge, Chalakee): A Week Minimum Stay Required for July and August, released to a 2 night minimum March 1st
All Other Properties: Week Minimum Stay for July and August, released to a 2 night minimum March 1st
