Frequently Asked Questions from Renters
1. Are linens and towels provided?
- Yes, all beds are made and sheets are left for sleeper sofas, futons, murphy beds and top bunks.
- Towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.
- Guests staying in Echota Resorts and taking advantage of the swimming facilitates need to bring pool towels.
2. What all is provided with my rental unit?
- Bathroom Toiletries (toilet paper and tissues)
- Bar Soap, shower gel, and lotion
- Kitchen Items: trash bags (2 per can), paper towels (1 roll), dish washing detergent (2 packets), and dish soap
3. What items should I not forget?
- Hair Dryer, Hangers, Laundry Detergent, Food Wraps (foil, plastic wrap, ect. ), Portable Crib or Pack-N-Play, Condiments, additional trash bags, kitchen products and toiletries for longer stays.
4. How do I check in if I arrive after business hours?
- Check-in is completely keyless, and guests may check-in any time after 3pm (unless prior approval for early check-in). Check-in instructions are emailed.
5. Can I have an early Check-In and/or a late Checkout?
- Maybe, with prior approval by the office. Please call the office a day before your arrival or departure to check on early check-in or late checkout. We cannot approve more than one day in advance.
6. What address can I put in my GPS to find Foscoe Rentals office?
- Foscoe Rentals does not recommend GPS or online maps for exact directions in our mountainous area. However, if you insist on using GPS we recommend using it to get into the Boone or the Linville area and then use the directions we provide. Directions to our office are also provided on our website.
