Dining table chairs need re-cushioning,
Glassware consisted of all tall tumblers with exception of wine glasses
This comment is common to all rentals and hotels/motels we have visited in the last several years; the use of low wattage LED bulbs in lamps provides insufficient illumination for comfortable reading. Love staying at Echota on the Ridge. This condo had great views!!! A little outdated with Decor (bedding) but otherwise ok.
No Kuerig for coffee making. I did not realize until I got there. Would be nice to add a Kuerig. Otherwise Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and such.

We called the office on the first day at check because we were having a problem connecting to WiFi and we needed to get some business taken care of, We did not get a call back until the following morning. Thankfully in the meanwhile we figured out that there were 2 WiFi's that came up for loggin. We tried the one not listed but still came up in network and that one worked. I think that it was a little unprofessional and somewhat inconvenient that a call back did happen on the same day! That should certai

We drove over to the indoor pool just to check it out. We intended to go back later during our stay, but we never did. It looked nice, though. That is the only thing that I can think of is that it would be nice to have a hot tub facility closer to our condo. However, the fact that we had access to a nice indoor facility is not to be complained about.

Our major drawbacks for this property were that it had 2 tub shower combinations, no walk in shower. Also the toilets were so low it was difficult to get up and down. We are an older couple in our mid seventies, so that is why we would not rent this particular unit again. Other than these difficulties, It was a nice unit. The sun shades on the back porch were especially nice to have.

We loved how well stocked the kitchen was and the organization! It was a nice surprise to have a pack n play and high chair! We had a 10 month old!
The one thing that we a negative was whatever you clean the hardwood floors with made them extremely slipper. My toddler wore gripper socks and still fell down. The adults even would slip with socks or certain tennis shoes. It was scary!
Overall, we had a great stay and loved the room!

Property was nice and I would stay again. Beds are very uncomfortable and need to be updated. There was only a very thin blanket on both beds and no blanket provided for pullout. Had we not brought our own we would have had to purchase some.
Furniture is ok, but is looking worn.

The property met our expectations except for the mattress in the guest bedroom. It was very "loud" and we couldn't tell why or how to remedy it. Property was nice and the view was great! I did not like that the condo was basically two miles up the mountain and the pool and hot tub was not at the community we stayed. Office made it seem like it was just a stroll down the road, but that was NOT the case. Another problem we ran into during our stay, coming back after skiing we just wanted to get to a warm place ,but NO we found ourselves stuck at the bottom of the mountain unable to drive up to our condo because the road was not drivable and it was da

2 lamps had burned out light bulbs. Only 6 small salad plates- not 8. I could not find a couple of common utensils such as a Tablespoon - really need an extra dish cloth and towel. It would be nice to have a few places to hang towels in the bathrooms. Master bed is very squeaky. The grill was a very nice addition to this condo. The condo does have a beautiful view and we love Echota with all of its amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought the property itself was very well maintained and an excellent choice for a vacation! A couple comments though. Since we arrived after hours on a Sunday our check-in envelope was in the silver mailbox. This seems like a security issue as anyone could pick up an envelope after hours. If there were some sort of lockbox that might make me feel a bit more secure.
