There is no place to put groceries. When you stay for a month, there should be a separate cabinet for our use. I would recommend that the table on the other side of wall from the refrigerator be down sized and a full length storage cabinet put there for renters

Our stay was great. The condo was very comfortable and enjoyable. My only suggestion is to provide 2 bath towels for each adult instead of just one. Also, the fireplace didn't seem to work and there were no instructions for operating it.

Bench seat for dining too low. We come up as a big group renting 2 units so important to have a lot of good seating. We eat in all week.
Kitchen overall great, need a soup ladle and a pyrex measuring cup.

The condo was clean and comfortable and everything worked properly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our only complaint was the bedding. The mattress was overly firm and the sheets did not fit the bed properly. The bedspread had stains and the blanket were too small. I would have preferred a street level or upstairs unit.

It is a very nice condo. Well decorated and cozy. However, the master bed is very firm. As is the living room furniture. My wife and I both had difficulty sleeping and woke up achy. Aside from that, the home is nice.

The unit was lovely and very well equipped. My only small complaint is that the sofa and large armchair are too deep for people who aren't 6 feet tall to sit comfortably....our feet couldn't touch the floor without pillows propped against the back.

Phenomenal property, great staff, we have already re-booked to come back in a couple weeks. The only thing I would note is that the outside walk ways lacked salt it was very dangerous going down the stairs and the porch lights did not work so it made it very difficult for my wife and child going back into the condo. We are excited to come back though!

We had an amazing time! This rental was gorgeous and very clean. It was well equipped for a weekend stay. The views and location were excellent. They were not kidding when they said you need a four wheel drive, as trying to make it up and down the hill with bad weather was one of the scariest moments of my life! Why are there no guard rails on the drive up the mountain?!!! It's absolutely terrifying in nice weather, let alone the winter snow. Luckily my jeep made it, but we saw many others that were not s

Beautiful place with nice decor. Only issues was the coffee maker needs a serious clean or to be replaced. Couldn't make a decent cup of coffee because it was in need of descaling/cleaning. And there was mouse poop under the kitchen sink area. Never saw any other signs of mice though while there.

My family and I were very pleased with the condo, my family's first visit to Boone, my second. With the exception of having to "nurse" along the gas unit in the fireplace, we were very happy there for a few days, planning to return earlier in the season when the weather is more stable.

Beautiful property and the furnishings were very classy. You could tell the beds were quite new and that was great. But, please pass along that while I love a firm bed, the pillows were too firm in the queen room and too soft in the king room. Well, now I sound like Goldilocks! The family photos in the unit felt a little odd and there was a noise that kept us up at night, sounded like a hot water pump or something, that would turn on every few minutes.

We loved this condo! Very clean with nice updated kitchen. Fantastic master bedroom with super comfortable bed. We liked the simple but comfortable living space. The only negative comment is regarding the kitchen: no tongs and no non stick skillet so we bought these inexpensive items to use for our visit and left them because I'm sure we will rent this condo again.

Our definition of a "GREAT" place to vacation is when it is time to return home.......you do not wish to leave. Our unit was as clean as our home.
