This property had everything we would need except salt and pepper shaker. This place even had a dipping drawer. All sorts of condiments. It was warm and cozy. It had a wonderful view and comfortable beds! We enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. We have stayed at Foscoe before but this was our favorite condo so far. Thank you for sharing your home and hope to stay again.

There were no measuring spoons in the kitchen.
The refrigerator door swings all the way open and hits the wall if it isn't caught in time. This was particularly aggravating to all of us.
Because there is a bright light in the parking lot just outside the guest bedroom window, some type of curtain over the blinds would be appreciated during night time.
Otherwise, we loved the condo and had a great visit. Monica was so kind to provide a flower vase for use during our visit.

Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. My children loved the games and toys provided! Instructions for access was very clear and the check-in/check-out process was very easy!
Minor suggestion - a couple of ottomans to prop your feet up while watching tv / enjoying the fire would be awesome!

The property was beautifully appointed, love the amount of light coming in, and we were super impressed with the kitchen organization. Every utensil needed for cooking was available and there was a nice variety of pots and pans, large and small, which has not always been the case in the other units we've stayed in. The only complaint is we really would have liked the fireplace to work since we were there on a particularly cold and windy weekend. Otherwise, this unit was perfect.

The condo was very inviting and the seating in the family room was so comfo to hang out in after a long day of outdoors. We all got back, got snacks, and crashed around the sofas. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, except for the kitchen being a little better equipped (my husband likes to cook), it was a faboulous place to stay for our family vacation.

The beds were comfy but too soft/unsupportive for our preference. We would consider Echota OTR again but likely a different unit.

It was difficult to ask your guests to wash all dishes AND put it away. This was the first time I came accross this rule. Putting all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher is fine but getting everything put away make for a chaotic check out day. I don't think it's too much trouble to ask housekeeping to do this task.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this Wintergreen unit 1612.

I would suggest that when they go to purchase a new mattress to get a king instead of the queen they have in the master. Most places we have rented have a king better for sleeping.

my only suggestion would be to add some curtains in the bedroom-blinds don't do much to keep out the sun, and sleeping in is one of the perks of being on vacation. Also,(and I am not trying to nitpick) one morning I dropped an earring on the floor near the sofa and when I got down on my hands and knees to look for it, I was surprised to see quite a bit of dirt, crumbs and hair under the sofa. I don't know if cleaning under the furniture is part of the housekeeping duties, but it seems like a good idea. It d

BEAUTIFUL condo. Would have loved to have spent more time there. The staff was very easy to work with and took care of any needs. Condo was perfect (bed a little soft). Really loved the clubhouse although I would have liked a hot tub. Plan to come back with a group over the summer. Great place!

There were a few basic items that are usually provided by owners that were not available at this rental. Several of the items (salt&pepper) were there but were on a shelf that was labeled owners items. Attributed this to the fact that the owners were new to the rental market. Otherwise, everything was quite nice and would use this condo again.

Both beds seemed like a balancing act for two people. If one person sleeps in the center, all is well. The 2nd night until the end, we just slept seperately and all was well. My only complaint was that I was under the impression this was a smoke-free place and yet each time we opened our windows, smoke came in from other units. The other floor unit beside ours kept their exterior door open much of the day to allow the cigarrete smoke to escape. Other than those two complaints, the resort was wonderful and b

The lamp in the livingroom did not work and there was a screw coming out on one of the outdoor screens on the patio. Had a lovely time and will return.
