Really nice property. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the balcony. Had fun exploring the area while visiting for a wedding.

Only 4 bowls for cereal and salad. Dining table had six chairs, but room for only 4 people to sit. Walk in shower was in the second bathroom not the Master. Please ask owners to remove the dead animals and fish from the walls.

The property was great. The only suggestion I have is regarding the TV in the living room...it's way too high for comfortable watching from the couch. If this was my place, I'd remove the mantle and lower the TV to a more comfortable height.
The gym was very convenient, clean, attractive, and adequate.
Dealing with Foscoe Rentals was terrific. We'll be back.

Amazing view! The condo was extremely well appointed, good mattresses, towels, linens and very clean. We could have used some shampoo and a starter coffee. The directions said to bring hairdryers but two were in the condo.

Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. Master bath toilet seat was loose. Door to covered deck was hard to open and close. The unit as a whole could use a new coat of paint. View from the covered deck was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. Access in and out of the community was easy.

This is a beautiful condo designed to take full advantage of the spectacular mountain views. The condo was clean and new and very comfortable. We especially loved the gas fireplace. The people at Foscoe Rentals were so nice and helpful and made the reservation and check in/ checkout process very convenient.

A crockpot would be a nice addition in the kitchen. We used the loft area and the fan blades are pretty dirty and the upstairs window could be cleaned off. I realize that this loft probably does not get much use so it is likely to be less often cleaned. Not a big deal but worth addressing.

blackout curtains would be nice in the streetside bedroom as the street lights were extremely bright and my daughter had difficulty sleeping.
the fireplace was not working - we did not call for assistance but the pilot light was not lit, and we could not get it lit.

Nice property. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. I would remove the dead fish & two fox skins from the walls. Totally gross. If there had been additional availability I would not have selected this condo bc of the fox skins. My daughter hated them as did I.

Our family of 4 had a really great stay. The unit was extremely well-maintained and super clean. All the bedrooms were generously sized, with clean comfortable linens. The TV is positioned very high up, above the fireplace, but that is not unusual. We absolutely loved it and would be truly excited to book this unit again. We stay throguh Foscoe Rentals at Echota every time and have never been disappointed!

This condo has a great view and is well equipped and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay there and would come again. The only thing unusual was how high the TV is mounted on the fireplace - we had to move the couch back for comfortable TV viewing.

Very nice condo! We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very cozy. Of course the view is always breathtaking.
I would recommend lowering the mantle and adding a larger tv in the living room.. The space is difficult to comfortably watch tv.
Overall, we loved the condo and had a great time.

Have stayed at Echota several times. This unit was a delight. Great views, nicely decorated and clean.
Kitchen well equipped except needs more silverware and have a larger trash can for kitchen.
Did not watch TV that much but when watching movie TV mounted too high.
Not sure why mantle is mounted so high.
Look forward to coming back to Echota again and hopefully this same unit.

Bathroom with tub/shower would benefit from a handrail or some sort. We're a bit older now. And the tub surface was not very anti-slip. But we like it, nonetheless. This was our second visit to this particular condo, our 4th or 5th visit overall to the Ridge.

The property needs a few minor repairs as reported to office. While the furnishings are nice, the unit would be improved by removing some accessories which crowd table tops and often don't add anything to the unit. The animal pelts on the wall were a little off-putting. The kitchen could use some sharper knives and was not as well-equipped overall as some other units we have stayed in at Echota on the Ridge. These things would not prevent our staying there again, but did detract.

We reported an apparent roof leak that also appeared active during a rainy day. Drywall tape in a corner of the living area also looked like an underlying leaking problem.

The kitchen needed mixing/serving bowls, colander,and baking pans for extended stays. All three of the frying pans were very burned. I cleaned and greased the cast iron pan to be able to use it. Also, the smoke alarm batteries need to be changed since one woke us up at 2am chirping and had to be disengaged. The ceiling has a large water stain and walls/ trim need to be painted.

Great property. Beautiful views. Loved the entire weekend. The pool was unusually crowded this visit (this is our 3rd time). Seemed like several people were there who were not actually staying within Echota.
