Great trip and property. My only feedback is the amount of emails and texts with all of the information. Love the communication but with multiple emails/texts with important information I spent a lot of time searching through my emails to find the right one with the info I needed. It would be incredible to have all of it in one communication. It was also hard to find the trash dumpster; additional signage on the roads would be amazing.

We loved our stay at this property, but I do have a few suggestions and a couple items that probably need to be addressed
The first item was the decking on the right side when you walked out where the grill is was loose so we had to move the grill in front of that because we had children and we was afraid that it could give away it needs to be addressed. another opinion was the betting needs to be updated. I was in the lower bedroom and the comforter is white, and you could see slobber marks

Very nice property. We plan on staying again next year. I only have two suggestions to improve the property.
First, another TV remote is needed. We had to carry the living room remote downstairs with us to watch the TV there.
Second, a short "user manual" for the tv set ups would be helpful. Particularly for the living room TV. I finally figured out how to use it after a couple days of trial and error.

Management was immediately available when I left something behind and was very helpful. The upstairs beds were very comfortable but the king in the master was incredibly uncomfortable. We travel a lot and I'm not overly picky about beds, but it was easily the most uncomfortable I can remember. I woke about every hour to shift over. Otherwise a great spot!

The home was "almost" exactly as pictured. We had planned to use the firepit on the lower deck and ALL of the furniture had been removed, this was very disappointing. The beds upstairs only had thin quilts, so extra blankets for all beds would have been nice.

3. The large dinner plates are much too heavy.
4. The mattress pad on the ground floor bed is all stained.

The property was beautiful. We stayed in the property next to Slice of Heaven last year, but the Slice of Heaven seemed to have everything you needed. It was beautifully decorated and very clean.
A couple of simple suggesions since they are a Slice of Heaven:
-Place a drain in their sink and a cover for their disposal in the other sink
-Possibly place a bar on the front screen door so when you open it, your hand isn't holding the screen door esp. when you have packages in your hand.
-Extra pillow cases

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the unit. It was wonderfully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. We also really appreciated the customer service from the front desk; we were called when the unit was ready and allowed to check in early. This was very helpful since we traveled with 2 toddlers.

We have only one suggestion as I recall: There should be additional bed linen (esp linen for the single bed INSTALLED in upstairs front bedroom closet. We needed that bed and had no linen at all to go on it. Some of us also like to use an extra pillow; while there were pillows stored in closets there were no cases to go on them. This is would be an easy negative to correct.

This property is beautifully furnished and well equipped for our family of eight. All of the furnishings are high end and tastefully decorated. Plenty of room for everyone ages 2 - 68. Deck furnishings are very nice and comfy and the gas grill was handy. We will definitely return for another visit.

Echota on the Ridge is by far my favorite place to stay in the area. The development and amenities are top notch and the staff are always very professional and accommodating. Glenn has been extremely helpful in assisting me and my family with several rentals over the last few years--I am very grateful for his time and hospitality.
