The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The owner may not be aware but the weather stripping on the back porch double doors should be checked. Lots of cold wind coming in from the bottom throughout the stay.

The property had a fantastic view and the amenities were very nice. I did think the place had not been cleaned very well prior to arrival and there was an excessive amount of dog hair. I have one child with some allergies and we had to take Benadryl all week to help cut down on that. This was my main issue. For a place that we cannot bring pets is should be noted that there may be pet hair. For this place it was EVERYWHERE. I am not exaggerating, on the washing machine, dryer, floors, furniture, sinks

We really liked this unit but desperately wish the sleeper sofa would be replaced with an actual bed. My 6 year old was able to sleep in here but no one else was willing to. We would like to come and stay again because we had such a great trip but don't think we will unless a bed is added. This unit was well equipped and very comfortable. Other than the sleeper sofa we had a wonderful trip.

Being a frequent renter, it would be nice if I could leave the keys and envelope in the condo when I leave versus taking them back to the office. The extra stop is out of my way when staying at Echota on the Ridge. Also, the condo had some damage... the shade outside was broken, the front door handle didn't always work/ turn, the rear doors didn't always latch.

Comfortable unit. Inadequate lamps/lighting in living room area. Great kitchen, but would be much better with a small toaster-oven (to save electrical power) instead of using large oven constantly for all cooking/heating. Oversized dining room and living room furniture was not the most comfortable. Beautiful view. Loved the gas fireplace.

Had a fantastic week. Property is beautifully decorated, kitchen is very well equipped, cooked every night. Perfect set up for 4 adults and 3 children. Would be delighted to stay here again. Two minor suggestions: an additional TV set would be great and maybe a queen bed instead of the sofa bed in the guest bedroom would make it even more comfortable. Overall great property.
