Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, elevator access, and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet with cathedral ceilings in the living and dining areas as well as the primary bedroom. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. Beautiful condo. The master bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable compared to the guest bathrooms. The WiFi was awful especially when you don't have TVs in the guest bathrooms. It had to be reset every 3-4 hours

The unit is a nice unit, but we had several groups of guests and they were very disappointed that there was not a TV in their room. We stay in condos a lot and this is the first condo that we can ever remember not having a TV in each bedroom. I found that the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely firm and I woke up with a backache each morning. Great property! Awesome views of grandfathers mountain. Condo is updated and decorated with all the specialsowners have paid a lot of attention to all the details. Kitchen was the best equipped to date. We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals and this condo is the best. I would recommend it to anyone.

It was absolutely beautiful. We travel all across the world and I have to commend the owners for their great taste in decorating and furnishing the unit. I have to commend Foscoe for the cleanliness and ease of rental. We will certainly be back and at some point may be interested in a purchase. We loved this condo. It was decorated beautifully. It was clean, cozy and the views were amazing. We were really impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with pans and serving trays. Even had a microplane! Which you never see rentals have. The only thing I would say is - I wish it was a little more kid-friendly. I would suggest putting plugs in the outlets and maybe leaving some cheap plastic door covers somewhere. Other than that, we loved this condo and would stay there again. There were plenty of

Absolutely loved Grand Oaks RS6! So beautiful with a great view. The first time we drove up the ridge did make me a little nervous but it was totally fine. The house had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. The location was great for what we wanted, being able to zip into town or to go hiking. Pretty much everything you'd want is within a 10-20 minute drive. We originally had planned to spend our last day in Asheville but loved the condo so much that we just had a lazy day in front of the fire

Enjoyed our stay very much. We have stayed in many units over the years and this has to be one of the best. Very well appointed, nice furnishings and the finishes were beautiful. Of course having the wormy chestnut ceilings and hardwood floors made it all the more grand. The best part is the view which never disappoints.

We had a good time till the last night. The people who arrive on Thursday below us were very loud. Kids running and no one seem to care about the other people in the building. It was so bad we were unable to sleep and packed up and left that night at about 11:00 pm. Worst experience I have ever had.

This a great property; we love the Grand Oaks units. The beds were very comfortable. It was surprising that the owners locked the pantry; we couldn't store any of our dry goods/coolers/plastic bags, etc in there. We had to put everything on the kitchen counter. If we were staying more than two days, this would have been a problem both space-wise and ant-wise. The kitchen is lacking cooking/dining items: multiple mixing bowls (there are a few but when cooking, typically more than one of the same size b

Having spent my first vacation in NC, I'd say it was definitely positive. We stayed up on the ridge and the view was as pictured. WiFi was good, although it was difficult getting phone reception in some locations in the unit. That is expected in the mountains. Only complaint .. carpets were stained. I did not feel good about that. My family that visited loved the place as did I. I would definitely rent there again if I could bring my dog. That is my only issue.
