Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. Very enjoyable unit, would not change anything with one exception - consider exchanging the queen size for second king size. Better for two couples sharing the unit.

It was wonderful with just a few minor things that could use some help. 1-sink in queen bedroom doesn't drain and needs to be cleaned out. 2-the doorstop is missing between the big glass porch doors. So, when opening them, the handles slam into the glass of the next door.

This property is clean and well maintained, very comfortable, suited our needs very nicely.
The only concern we had that we wanted to make note of, so it can be checked on, was the smell of gas near the fireplace, and sometimes in the hallway leading to the living room.

The property was very clean and maintained well. The kitchen was well organized with everything thing you need! Great floor plan for two families. Two king size beds would be better but it was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The view was breathtaking! We were too busy to take advantage of the amenities but they looked very nice. We will be back!

We absolutely LOVED the Grand Oaks RQ3 condo that we stayed in. It was gorgeous! The balcony was large and had an incredible view that we loved at all hours of the day and night, especially seeing the changes as the day went on. The condo itself was impeccably furnished - everything was spotless, well appointed, and beautiful! We couldn't have been more happy with our stay and hope to be able to stay at one of these properties in Echota on the Ridge again for sure! We had 2 families, both of us with 2

Property was not as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. Tubs/sinks, etc looked good, but the floors were not very clean. Dead bug on bathroom floor, debris in hallway, etc.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully appointed condo. The views were spectacular. Opportunities to enhance the experience for future guests-
- We found the electronics to be confusing
- The kitchen was well equipped except for baking/casserole dishes. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day and needed these. A set of Corning Ware or Pyrex is all that is needed.
- Add clothes hangers and remove or fold the extra bedding and blankets in the master closet.
New pillows would be a bonus.

The only recommendation we have is to add water glasses to the kitchen. The property only had juice sized glasses. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

The bocce ball and croquet areas were not available as advertised, and the walking path led along a stream with serious warnings about the contaminated and dangerous state of the water. These items should be removed from the listing of amenities. We did love the outdoor pool.

Overall very good experience.. We all enjoyed it very much.
During my booking, I was told there was a bunk bed on the 3rd bedroom (kids) but there was only regular 2 twins... Even while picking up the keys on check in the customer service person did not clarify.. but I guess the most important thing was the experience and the quality of the place which we liked.

Due to excessive sitting the cushions on the couch need to be redone. The way cushions become misshaped is what is happening to them. I had to put extra padding under the cushion so as to not feel the metal bar of the sofa bed.

This is our 2nd visit to Echota on the Ridge. Each time we take friends and everyone really enjoys it. The community is so well maintained and the condo's are so cozy. I'm sure we'll be back!
Just one small thing about the condo we stayed in, Grand Oaks RQ3. The washing machine has the longest/loudest timer we've ever heard, and it goes off twice during one cycle. I'm sure future guest would appreciate it if the timer was adjusted. Thanks!

The kitchen could use a few more serving dishes. It was great having the internet connection because my cell phone had some difficulties at times with a signal.
The ceiling fans were in great need of being cleaned, but the rest of the unit was clean. We reported that problem on checkout.

First everything was great. We enjoy Echota. The couch and living room chair are just ok. Bedding was excellent.
You have excellent and courteous front office staff. Mike the maintenance man is also very courteous and efficient. When we had a minor problem Mike was there promptly and fixed it. We also had the opportunity to meet Glen in your Real Estate office. Glen is a gentlemen and fine representative for your well developed and maintained property.
