We enjoyed our stay. A couple of things that could have improved it. 1) very dark in condo. many light bulbs were burned out but could use additional lighting. 2) more seating in den. our family of five was cramped when watching a movie.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was very comfortable and provided perfectly for our needs. The view was amazing and my family saw snow for the first time and had a white Christmas! Only 2 issues - the fireplace was temperamental and only worked part of the time. Would have been nice to get it working the whole time we were there. And, being as we were from Florida and experiencing snow for the first time, some updates as to road clearance via email would have been helpful. We saw it happening, b

We loved the property and the large rooms and view. We felt very safe even with the high winds knowing the property was well maintained. The only thing we noticed this time was that we could hear walking above us much of the night. This wasn't true in the past so we are assuming it was just someone who was a heavy walker who didn't sleep much at night. :)

I think I left my phone charger in the master bedroom. If there is any way I can get it mailed to me let me know. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The condo was absolutely great. The views were awesome. We will go back!!!!!

it took me a day to figure out that the circuit breaker was off, but after reading the notice carefully, and after a cold shower[ not in that order] we quickly located and turned on the breaker for the hot water heater....self inflicted issue though.

Loved our stay. Sofa bed was very comfortable. The only things to make it perfect would be more lighting and perhaps a small chair in the Master Bedroom. Some areas quite dim after the sun goes down. But overall a true thumbs up for this unit and location!!!!!

We were told that this property changed hands the day before we arrived. The previous owner took some of his/her favored furnishings and kitchen tools. It seemed bare .
We managed nevertheless and enjoyed our stay.
One thing bothered us. With the outside temperature in the low 70s the owner below us had the AC on and the windows open . The noise from the AC made sitting on the balcony unpleasant. Fortunately the pool was open we enjoyed the outdoors, the sun and the clean fresh mountain air.

It would be a good idea to have seat cushions for the outdoor furniture on the deck. The metal chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on. A few clothes hangers would also be helpful as it is difficult to pack enough for a two week or longer stay. We also feel that a change of linens and sheets once a week is a reasonable request. Having to pay an extra $90 to housekeeping for this service seemed a bit steep to us. Overall we had a great time and hope to return next year.

We enjoyed having this rental, but there were a few things that needed attention such as the blinds were dirty, the drinking glass in the bathroom had green mold inside, the internet connection was not the greatest and the doors to the porch had children's finger prints on them. Considering the time the cleaning people have to turn over a condo I can see why little details are missed. It would be more convenient for the closet in the kitchen to be used as a pantry while the entry closet an owner's closet.

Beautifully appointed and breathtaking views. We were disappointed the A/C and one of the bedroom's lights were not working. To their credit, maintenance would have come if we had called promptly. Nevertheless, we would rent again in a heartbeat.

#1 need: Access to the pantry!! Also, they need a chair in the Master Bedroom and the Guest Bedroom. The TV remotes are very difficult to use. The heating/cooling system is difficult to operate as far as adjusting the temperature.
We love the view from the deck. Appreciate the walk-in shower in the Master Bedroom and the twin guest room. The beds are comfortable. Appreciate the internet access.

Outstanding property that was well maintained, comfortable, and ease of use for check in and out. We used the indoor pool facility which was at the bottom on the property as well as walked the grounds enjoying the view. I only issue was the electric grill that lost all heat when the cover was opened. We simply finished our cooking inside and continued to enjoy this lovely property. Note that the property is close to Hawksnest ski tubing resort.

Kitchen needs a new can opener....one in drawer does NOT work! Toilet seat in master bath was loose when we arrived but husband was able to tighten somewhat...you may want to check. Otherwise a wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Oaks RO3. The home was lovely and comfortable in all respects; gorgeous view! There was a problem with the telephone and the TV, and Foscoe Rentals promptly sent maintenance to the unit. The owner even stopped by later and brought a brand new TV and installed it. We enjoyed meeting him and talking with him; he is obviously dedicated to giving his renters a great experience, and so is Foscoe Rentals. They are great!

The owner has done a nice job furnishing and equipping this unit. The only comment I have is to point out that a renter or owner in a nearby unit prefers to throw their cigarret butts on the walk or on the pavement. Maybe housekeeping can sweep these up . We picked up what we saw but it was an everyday chore.

Only issue with parking we had was that we were trying to get our daughter in and out of her wheelchair and up and down the ramp into the facility. It wasn't marked to not park in front of the ramps and people would park in front of them and with the rain it wasn't fun. I realize it wasn't a wheelchair ramp but there was an elevator so it made us wonder and we never saw a single handicap parking space.

There was a lot of cat hair in the unit. Although I swept and vacuumed twice, I still couldn't get it all up. The microwave stopped working on our 3rd day there. After I notified the office, the Maintenance man came right away and brought another microwave that met our needs. The oven is located so close to the floor, that you have to get on your knees to put anything in it or take anything out..

We loved our time at Echota. The view and the outdoor pool alone was worth every penny!
One problem was that there didn't seem to be a blanket on one of the twin beds, not too bad since it was warm enough in the condo.

I think it would be a good idea to supply more cleaning products when guests are staying for a week or more. Every week products should be supplied. Alot of places allow dry goods such as salt pepper and spices.
