This property was great. The view was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. I wish there was more seating for adults in the living room, but I understand the room is not large enough.

This was our 4th visit to this property and each time we have been so happy there. Not only because the unit is beautiful, very well stocked with kitchen utensils, etc., as well as the amazing view. But let me brag on the Echota Rentals customer service!! It is outstanding especially in this day and time of little to none at all!! Grand Oaks RC4 is a lovely and very comfortable unit. It is not the original unit we rented, however, upon arrival the unit we originally rented was under construction so we were moved to Grand Oaks RC4. We will definitely look forward to visiting again in the future.

-No mattress pads missing from 2 of the 3 beds so you could feel the actual mattress (not as comfortable as we would expect)
-the shower drain in front bedroom was clogged and not working leaving us to have to use a different bathroom to shower
-Toilet seats slide and shift (not good for elderly folks especially)
-Walls are fairly dirty (cosmetic) and need major paint job
-Pocket door in Master is off track

This was my first time to stay at Foscoe rentals. It was beyond wonderful, and I very much would like to come back again with my family. Everything was in perfect order and it made for a very relaxing vacation. Plenty of kitchen utensils to make it homey, plenty of blankets and pillows and comforts to enjoy the evenings

Absolutely comfortable and a lovely stay! This was our favorite condo that we have rented in Echota! Some additional recommendations:
Front bedroom bath has a very slow drain.
Could use hangers in all closets!
Not many places to hang towels in the bathroom.
Could use a deep clean (blinds in all rooms are very dirty & dusty, base mountings need to be deep cleaned

There are 2 units that we love to rent twice a year when we visit and stay at Grand Oaks for the past 5 years. RC4 was one of the two. We love this location because of the beautiful weather and great views. We rented this unit in the fall and again this spring. Both times there were issues with the fireplace where maintenance had to come in and clean the dust to keep it operating. I would say that this visit was disappointing as we were interrupted twice by workers who were told by the owner to come in a

This property was excellent and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed this property for a month and enjoyed every minute of our time there. Actually we tried to rent it again next September but were unable to rent it -- boo hoo! We have been renting at Echota on the Ridge for a long time and it would appear that there are less and less properties to rent .... even in September!!! I would like to know why this is occurring. It is beginning to be difficult to find a unit that meets ones needs.

This property was beautiful, and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sliding glass door wouldn't open all the way (seemed like the right side latch/lock was stuck), but it worked out fine to just use the left side. Very clean, comfortable, and an amazing view. Have already recommended to others and hope to stay here again soon.

The unit was wonderful - comfortable, great views, nice space. A few things were missing from the kitchen that made meals more difficult, most notably a 9x13 pan. This is our 3rd time renting in Echota, 1st with your company. All other units (and all other units we've ever rented on AirBnB or VRBO) have included little things like shampoo, hand soap, and laundry detergent. We were surprised these items were not included in at least travel sizes in the unit. Now that we know, we could plan better for an

When family upstairs arrive midweek, the kids were running, jumping, banging, etc. very loudly at night and in the mornings. I called the office and asked if they could call them. It might have helped that day, but it started again. This was a very nice unit. However, it was not equipped with any candles or an emergency flashlight. We were without power for several hours and fortunately we had a small flashlight with us for emergencies. We have stayed in many units over time and there has always been a flashlight or candles.
Also, the porch and view are amazing but the outdoor seating was limited to two rocking chairs which were very nice. But, with a three bedroom unit you would enjoy having more seating and or a dinning table.

Extremely nice place. An added touch may be to keep some laundry detergent and other kitchen amenities. I know that is above and beyond but it would be nice.
