Best vacation ever!! This gorgeous house is large and roomy, well stocked with essentials and cleanest place we ever stayed. It felt more like home than a vacation rental. Cudos to the owner!

Great house, we really enjoyed our stay. Awesome views, plenty of space and very well stocked kitchen. As other reviews mention the driveway is a challenge, we did wonder if extending the coverage of the culverts/ditches at the bottom might help make that turn up into the hill as a fairly inexpensive fix.
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful home, we had a great time!

Being old school.... turning on the TV in the living room was different than bedrooms with TVs. You needed to use the Dish TV remote then use the hula remote to move cursor to TV input and select then back to the Dish remote. Maybe a note left with the LR remote to explain that both remotes are needed. Managed to figure out after many try's to get cursor to move so I could select the needed input. Yes we loved the new TVs and Dish satellite system, better than last time we were here. Otherwise everyt

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at Chris P View. There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax!

This house was marketed as having a nice view. Was very disappointed that the view was primarily the tops of a few evergreens.

we had a great time. A little trouble with heat. the basement did not have heat Friday or Saturday. sunday AM we noticed the heat was off so we turned on but did not start so after an hour we placed a call to after hours line and went to look at furnace in garage. Magically the furnace began and was heating both up and downstairs. the service tech did not call and appeared so we told him it was working and he stated it could be checked out after we left. it was nice and warm when we left. the house w

The place was really lovely. With the exception of the A/C not working, the whole time we stayed and the internet didn't work either. For the amount of days we stayed, it should have been resolved before we stayed.

WE noticet hat though the towels we super white they smell like wet moldy rags. The driveway had a crater that was rocky and cause my car to bottom out and loose the grip. Sort of scary, but we had great experience and loved our time spent there.

Only issue was the parking but you would never know that we grew up in the mountains but have been in the DC area too long, perhaps a larger area to turn around the driveway wasn't designed well but not really a problem in the end. Wonderful place and would like to come back.

the driveway was hard to navigate which probably should be mentioned in the listing. A sedan would have had a difficult time entering with clearing the pavement.

Wifi was not as stated, listed this as the maintenance problem below. Had to reset both router boxes about every 24 hours. Was able to have secure wifi after resets but on different named wifi link.
Also trash can outside was about a third full on arrival. We did not need more room and garbage truck came by while we were there but did not pick up trash can while sitting outside of garage.
These were not a problem.

Perfect vacation house, very lovely! My only complaint would be the parking space, it was very difficult to get out of the driveway with a truck.

It is musty smelling in the basement, I would have liked more deck furniture other than the plastic chairs, Otherwise it is a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay

Things were great with two exceptions. One being we had to call three times about trash pick up before it was taken care of , even then, we still had to finish the job. Also, one thing that was slightly difficult was getting in and out of the driveway. Certainly not a complaint, just a fact. This driveway is not easy to navigate.

We enjoyed our stay at the ChrisP View. The only problem we had was it took awhile to heat the house when we arrived. Maybe turn on the heat before guests arrive.

The mattress in the master bedroom really needs to be replaced. There's a big dip on one side of the present one.

The Satellite Box in Upstairs Living did not work along with the one downstairs.
Maintenance tried to fix the problem, but needed homeowner's help. No fault of Foscoe Rentals.
Driveway Entrance needs repairs - large pot hole.

The driveway was mostly unmanageable because we had a Suburban. There was a hole that prevented turning in and out especially at night. Need more light on the driveway at night to manage.
